The Seven Sleeping Dwarfs Sense a Disturbance
...in the 2025 reimagining of a favorite 1937 Walt Disney Studios' classic. In theaters this March 21st. Here's a sneak peak for Union Suit Fans:
Something is amiss. But what, a Ghost??
Sleepyly, the dwarfs follow each other in their sleeping attire. Red Union Suits! Back in 1937, what else would you expect these small gentle ones to be wearing to bed?
A young maiden!
What's she doing sleeping here in our abode?
It's Snow White. Can she calm down these terrified little creatures to let them know
she means well and will not harm them or their way of life?
You'll need to see this film to establish what becomes of the Seven Dwarfs when they're no longer running around late at night in their long red underwear. Dressed, they'll try to figure out what to do with their lovely, unexpected new guest.
My thanks to Illinois' Retro Jeff who brought this film to my attention,
and who's just an overgrown union-suited dwarf himself:

Chris: I read that the new Snow White film was a disappointment to Disney Studios as far as making as much money at the box office as they thought. I took my kids this past weekend who enjoyed it immensely. When the dwarfs woke up wearing just their red union suits and discovered Snow White, my seven year old daughter whispered "Daddy, those little men are wearing pajamas like yours." That was loud enough for the people sitting in front of us to hear and laughed. After the movie, the woman in front of us said, "So you wear Dwarf Pajamas, huh?" My daughter piped in, "Yes and there red too!" Then my son said, "I wear them too!" LOL .... Loren, Tulsa OK.
ReplyDeleteMy girls loved this movie too. They giggled when the dwarfs marched into Snow White's chamber in their red union suits or as they call mine, "onesies! ....Paul / Williamsburg, VA
