Wes Wanders the West - Parte Cinco

The quest to find his dog, Bandit, Slippery Slim, and that bandit girl, continued into additional episodes of "The Aventures of Bandit and Wild Wes!"  When you watch on Tubi, you'll see for yourself many more situations for Wes to overcome, and you'll meet even more characters, including the reunion of Wes and his trusty dog, Bandit...

...and Wes and Bandit find Slim, the scoundrel...

and free him from miscreants who had captured and tied him up...

But they soon lose him again! Later, Wes is haunted by a ghost in a ghost town....

Soon Wes is on his way again only to be chased across the countryside by Lady Bandit and her henchmen!

Barely escaping them, Wes somehow bumps in to Doc Holliday again and enjoys another drink with him.
That is until they get crosswise with each other, and Wes goes on his way.

The climax of this western series ends when Wes finally finds some respite.
Until, that is, Lady Bandit hunts him down.

A show down between the two begins. Lady Bandit discards her coat; easier to scuffle that way...

Wes pulls off his vest and drops his gun belt. Apparently, he feels he can face her in hand to hand combat, stripped down to only his union suit again....

...And so the ruckus begins!!

Who wins and how does our silent film end? Is it made clear whether Wes gets his britches back or is he destined to wander the west in his union suit? Well, I can't spoil the ending for you. Hopefully I've included enough interesting scenes that peak your interest and you'll rush to find all the episodes in "The Adventures of Bandit and Wild Wes," streaming currently, free on Tubi.

Enjoy this "silent movie." The facial expressions, body movements, choreography and, above all, and the expensive costuming equal or surpass many of the old timey films made before talkies! Since there's more to the Wes' adventures, pull on your union suit, settle back in your favorite chair with a bowl of popcorn, like Retro Jeff and I did, and enjoy yourself.

Thanks to the cast and crew of this unique film and especially to
Wes and Running Wild Films for this wild west classic.

  1. After your five postings of whacky western Wes, I decided to watch this series. It was really great. I wasn't sure what to expect when you said it was a silent film. But what a good job the director, actors and camera man did. Quite the surprise! I recommend it to my fellow union suit fans.... From Eddie Mundorf, Cincinnatti

    1. I enjoyed this "silent movie" too, Eddie.... The characters captured that old time drama with their facial expressions and body movements. I enjoyed Stan Laurel in his union suits back in the day and the adventures he had with Oliver Hardy. Wild Wes reminded me of those great film stars running around in their underwear too. .....Luke Green, Atlanta
