Another Trivia Follow-Up from My April 16, 2022 Posting

           Silly Zilly

Zilly is a World War I pilot and somewhat of a reluctant follower of flight leader, Dick Dastardly, in the 1969 Hanna-Barbera Saturday morning cartoon show, Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines. The four man crew (one of which is a snickering canine) has adventures as members of the Vulture Squad. They repeatedly attempt, and fail, to catch Yankee Doodle Pigeon who is always trying to get messages through to the enemy. 

Like most pilots of his era, Zilly wears long, one-piece underwear under his clothes. Zilly, being the coward that he is, always tries to make himself scarce when the going gets tough by slipping downward into and out of his yellow flight suit, sneaking off in just his union suit.  

Take these scenes for example:  

No worries, Dastardly sends Muttley to encourage Zilly back into his plane to complete the mission. Ouch!!

 Mission Accomplished !

   Walt Disney Pictures' 2018 Film, Mary Poppins Returns

In this sequel to the very popular 1964 movie, Mary Poppins, John, Annabel and Georgie, undressed, are all set for their baths. This delightful (aren't most Disney movies described as "delightful") film is set during the Great Depression in London, England, and stars Emily Blunt as Mary and Dick Van Dyke, who appeared in the original movie, as Mr. Dawes Jr.  Here's a few "delightful" scenes of three adorable kiddos:

And in you go, Georgie. Get Clean! The kids get dropped into the sudsy bath tub in their BVD underwear!

And the next thing you know, their underwear turns into some really delightful swimming attire
