Season 2 of Undressed Under Duress, an all new multi-part series. The pint-sized don't go looking for trouble but it seems to find them.
Most definitely, the boy in union suit talking to Warren Bailey in the movie Dick Tracy is "The Kid." The boy is an orphan taken under the wing by Tracy who, later in the movie, buys him a new set of clothes including a new red union suit which he wears to sleep in. The Kid is nearly kidnapped one morning in that red long underwear. I look forward to the posting ... Cory, Watervill, ME
